Is The Machine Difficult To Operate?
No, not at all. There is a four minute timer on the front of the base. You simply plug in the Nova and set the timer. You can immediatly set the timer over and over again as needed. You will not over heat the unit at all. It is designed to run 24 hours if needed.

Do I Have To Sit Down Or Stand Up?
We recommend both. Turn your back to the machine if your back aches. Twist, turn and hold your hands out close to the impulses. It all works and works well.
